Hi there,

Is there a utility to copy file shares(with all subdirectories and

files) between 2 file servers(from an NT4 server to a W2K3 server) and

to retain the NTFS permissions? Thanks, T

Robocopy from resource kit or xxcopy, search on google for it.

Am presuming these servers are in the same domain. Robocopy from the

resource kit, with the /SEC switch.
