I am running Windows xp Professional, I had some problem with my network (

DSL) connection, was not able to brows internet. while I was working to fix

the problem, I open the network connection, there was nothing in it, usually

you should see local area connections in the window, but I don’t have

anything in the window, on the left side I have create new connection, set up

a home small office network, change windows firewall settings, and all

icons. I am using a net gear wireless adaptor, and in that case I should see

a wireless network connection in under this window, I don’t have that even,

but my wireless card is working. So If I need to set up a static IP, I can’t

do that, because i don’t have any of the connection to set the IP. Anybody

ever experience this kind of an issue? Can someone help me with this?
