Virtual server limitations of Windows Server 2008 Standard x64

I ordered an 8 processor, 32gig RAM server from Dell today and the pre-

sales rep told me that Win2K8 x64 Standard was limited to having 4gig

of memory per VM with standard and that to go above 4 gig I'd need the

Enterprise version of Win2K8. I hadn't heard this before, is he

correct?
