Picture and Fax viewer

windows xp

Windows Picture and Fax viewer is no longer default viewer for my fax (.tif)

images.

I don't even know how to access this program without opening something.

 

how do I go about setting defaults for images etc.

If not already, save a Fax image to your HDD. Right click on it and Open

With | Choose Program. Find and choose a program that works, (Windows

Picture & Fax Viewer), and then check the box: Always use this program to

open this kind of file. This should enable you to open these attachments in

the future.
