New upgraded 2003 lost share connection after a while

Hi

 

i have recently upgraded my windows 2000 DC to 2003 sp1 STD server (he is my

master domain)

Now at every 15:00 pm (give or take) all share and printer become

unavailable to all my XP sp2 client (all map drive) !!

MAP DRIVE DISCONNECTED

i can ping the server

i can access the server in remote using dameware

i CANT do \\ServerName\ it says Network path not found

Firewall is not activated

when i reboot the server its all ok again until 15:00 pm ...

(symantec endpoint is installed on the dc)

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the new and the old DC.
