Importing to Virgin mail

I saved my Outlook Express address book to a USB before my PC died. It is saved as a WAB file. I want to Import to Virgin media mail but it says it doesn't recognise the file format.

 

Any suggestions please? :(

Import the file back into Outlook Express or Windows Mail if you have Vista. Then you can export it again as a VCF or CSV file.
