Data Feed in Excel form

I downloaded my product data feed from yahoo but it is not in an Excel form

and I am trying to convert it to Excel. on top of the feed it says the "

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1" ?> ". Maybe this has something to

do with it?
