Remote Desktop Cannot Find The Remote Computer

I have a user who's trying to access our Terminal Services Server

(Windows Server 2000) from home. Their computer is XP Home. When

they try to connect they get an error telling them remote desktop

cannot find the remote computer. I had them ping the computer name

and they received replies. I had them check the exceptions on their

firewall and Remote Desktop was checked.

Suggestions?

Do you have on server or router maybe list of allowed or forbidden

IPs?

If RDP is open on server and other clients can access, only one cannot

don't see a reason why it cannot.

Have you tried to access via IP? Maybe client cannot resolve DNS

name.

Yeah, I had them try the IP address instead of name. Same result.

They're able to ping the IP. I'm drawing a blank. They're using a

wireless router, but they're able to connect from another computer on

their home network. I think they might have a secondary firewall on

their home computer. I'll have to go out there. Thanks.
