How do I change a wab file to a bak file

I have a backup file of Sent Items from a previous PC on my memory stick. Don't ask me how I did it, :o but when I was trying to move it back last year after formatting the hard drive I managed to change it to a wab file so consequently I can't do anything with it.

 

Any ideas?

Outlook Express a little more information on what files they are would help.
