Limit number of process

Hello,

 

I would like to limit the number of active process.

 

Example : in Task Manager, not more of 20 times the same process

program.exe

program.exe

program.exe

program.exe

program.exe

....

 

I would like to determine a limit for this program because otherwise it's a

loop and the machine sature.
