Vista - Why do I have a 6 Gb Page File?

Looks like I have a 6 Gb page file?

Why?

 

And also, look at how much free memory I have, there is nothing running on this pc. The only software that is even installed on this thing so far is Office 2007 Standard and Photoshop CS3.

 

So like where is all my memory and why the need for such an enormous page file?
