RandyL Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Hi. While you wait for a reply on your card I think the minimum specs for RAM are 1.5GB which means you probably need 3.0GB. So don't be too quick to buy a card if the rest of your system won't support the game. You currently fall short at only 1.0 GB. Processor: 1.8 GHz Intel Core2 Duo or 2.4 GHz AMD Athlon X2 64 (Minimum) Video Card: 256 MB DirectX 9.0c–compliant video card (512 MB recommended) Supported Video Cards at Time of Release: NVIDIA GeForce 7800 / 7900 / 8 / 9 / GTX series ATI RADEON X1800 / X1900 / HD 2000 / HD 3000 / HD 4000 / HD 5000 series Laptop versions of these cards may work but are NOT supported. These chipsets are the only ones that will run this game. I doubt your computer will be able to handle these types of games no matter what you do. Quote We are all members helping other members. madman32 Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 @ tankengine your problem sounds more like a powersupply problem tbh... if your motherboard has the PCI-E socket necessary to install the graphics card into then it should support the card type. At least enough to boot up and allow you to download and install the driver.. which would lead me to thinking its a powersupply issue and that would mean that you need a better powersupply to power your pc. also it looks like from your spec that you would need to upgrade the processor to play the game as well. to see where your processor comes heres a link AMD Processors for Desktops: AMD Phenom?, AMD Athlon? FX, AMD Athlon? X2 Dual-Core, AMD Athlon?, and AMD Sempron? Processor hope that helps madman32 Quote
