Open a run command and type in:

CMD.EXE click [OK] a prompt window will open with the C prompt command

ready for you to insert/type the right strings of commands Like so:

C:\Documents and Settings\User>ipconfig /all

Note the space between ipconfig_/all ( _ = Space )

If you want to get any info just right click inside the window and select

select all and hen copy to a notepad.
