Home pc stuck in a start up loop

My home pc seems to be stuck in a boot up loop. I have tried to restart it in all the modes offered but it just keeps going back to the same screen. It is windows xp. I am desperate for a solution can anyone help????

do you have a windows XP disk?

 

and I'm assuming you have tried to boot in last known good configuration?

 

also what make and model is your machine?

 

and what did you do, install or un-install, add or remove hardware, directly before this fault started?
