Guest Doomer Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Looking http://blogs.technet.com/grouppolicy/archive/2008/03/25/announcing-remote-server-administration-tools-for-windows-vista-sp1.aspx are already avaliable RSAT, overwriting the ond tool adminpak to admin Windows Servers 2008 and olders. This RSAT was written to work with Vista SP1. My big problem is how to make this tool work. I uninstalled the old (and working tool) adminpak and installed RSAT, but I can't find the spanins to manage remotely my servers, all common snap-ins like GPMC, AD Users, etc disappears! I do not understood how this RSAT works, where I can find this tool installed if I can't find the snap-ins? Tick "Remote Server Administrative Tools" and click OK. -- Jabez Gan Microsoft MVP: Windows Server http://www.msblog.org "Doomer" <icarlos@icarlos.net> wrote in message news:%23lPrBHhkIHA.3940@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > Looking > http://blogs.technet.com/grouppolicy/archive/2008/03/25/announcing-remote-server-administration-tools-for-windows-vista-sp1.aspx > are already avaliable RSAT, overwriting the ond tool adminpak to admin > Windows Servers 2008 and olders.
