Help Needed!!! Display Problems!!

I was tryin to update my graphics drivers and somehow disable the graphics driver, after rebooting i can no longer see anything have pressed F8 and tried a few different options...nothing works though! I'm a complete novice and dont know what to do!!! Please help!!

have you tried booting into enable vga mode tap f8 then select it
