I recently included a computer on a domain. The system already has files and

application installed like microsoft word and access. It was used before as a

stand-alone computer..

My question is, why is that everytime the computer is log-on to the domain

and I try to access let say microsoft word or access...I always received this

microsoft office 2003 installation.then it will look for a path.Only after

cancellation I will be able to access microsoft word or microsoft access...

And for the microsoft access, The interface, buttons are conpletly been

change...

Is there a way to fix this...thanks a lot....

The "installation" is a per user registration, or a repair. It needs to find

the source but can't, so it fails. Your best bet is to uninstall and

re-install, but you could also:

- find the installation path in the registry and change it,

- and/or make sure the user has access to the old path,
