installing Terminal Services

I have a server with a few applications currently running on it. I would

like to install and activate this server as a terminal server. The machine

is running Server 2003 Enterprise R2. When I install Terminal Server I am

aware that it may break some of the applications already installed, does it

only break those applications that are to be accessed through the new TS

installation? or does it break all applications currenlty installed and

running on the Server?

I would assume that any application may require uninstall/install...
