Trouble downloading

Hi!

Ever since I downloaded Service Pack 2, I have been having trouble

downloading files. It seems that the download begins and then gets stuck

about 20-30% during the download. This seems to happen with bigger files that

I try to download. Is there anything in service pack 2 that could be

preventing the completion of the download? Please help with any ideas. This

is driving me crazy!!!
