Question related with NTbackup

The standard feature of windows 2003 Server NTbackup:

-does it permit to implement a GFS strategy backup and how (if

possible,provide me with resource that treat this subject)

-I am using to perform a backup of files having size of 40 GO, the result of

the backup is a a file having 300 MO ... Is it normal?
