What's the best way these days to playback an audio file (mp3/wma)*in .Net 3.5?** I need start, stop, pause and progresss information and end events.

I had a google and found the managed DirectX stuff but that does not seem to work anymore

AudioVideoPlayback.Audio mp3 = new AudioVideoPlayback.Audio(mySong.mp3);

mp3.Play();

Throws LoaderLock exceptions and is no longer developed.

So what's the new option, WPF/XNA?* Anyone got any links?
