Processes not allocating properly memory

Hello, a few days ago my server became unstable, SMTP and Exchange

services restarted and other applications do not respond well. I've

been looking into many things but none of them fix the problem so far.

One thing I noticed is that the processes do not use enough memory.

All processes use memory under 50mb but in Task Manager Performance

tab MEM Usage is over 1 GB. Any ideas where all that memory is going?
