MPS on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2

I have accedentially install MPS on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2. I know that

this is known issue. By the way, I have apply hotfix 939216 to solve this

issue but unfortunately I got same error message as before applying this

hotfix. Do anyone know the way to solve this issue? Here is error message I

got after apply hotfix.
