I received and access denied, Now What

what does this mean, is this something I can fix or do I need to take it in to be fixed?

try booting from the xp cd, then do a repair install.do not boot into recovery console.....repair options will show itself just after it searches for previous operating systems.

just read the screen carefully DO NOT choose any options that reqiure a format.
