tsadmin not showing client sessions

Dear friends,

Recently I notice in wmy windows 2000 terminal server that I am not

able to see connected clients in my tsadmin console even I can see

their processes under task manager.

The problem is that if one user tells me that his session is hang, I

cannot do anything but restart the server to releive the lost session

as it always tries to reconnect to the same session..

I have been able to solve that problem just setting the disconnected

session livetime to one minute but I would really like to know how to

recover the view of my connected user.

Does anybody experienced the same problem ?

Thanks in advance!

Alberto

Can you see them with the "query session" command?

Re: tsadmin not showing client sessions

thank you vera for your answer but i was not able to see even with

query session command.

Nevertheless today I was able to see the logins suing the local

administrator instead of domain administrator.

I do not really know why but it works now!

Thanks
