URLDownloadToFile fails to Run

I am developing an application on IBM Lotus Notes Domino.

 

there is a schedule agent that uses the URLMON lib's URLDownloadToFile

function to download files from specified URL.

once i ported the application on Windows Server 2003 this function failes to

execute (i.e. fails to download the file)

 

on browsing through internet for solutions,many similar queries exists for

the same function..that it fails to execute once ported to Windows Server

2003.

 

Please guide
