aldershot201 Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 Hi Has anyone experienced this bounceback message on outlook before? This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: aldershot@dsl4you.co.uk (generated from """"""""@eel.co.uk) SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host backupmx.pack-net.co.uk [87.237.56.77]: 550 This message scored 5.6 points. Congratulations! ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------ ------ The body of the message is 13891751 characters long; only the first ------ 106496 or so are included here. I can never get an email through but I know that the account has been receiving emails so I know its not an issue with that account. Any advice on what I can do to resolve this would be great! Quote
RandyL Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 It sounds like the mail server you are sending it too is blocking it for some reason. It could be a number of reasons ranging from your address or the entire @eel.co.uk address range being blocked or some characteristic of the mail itself that leads spam blockers to consider it spam. I am assuming of course that you are not having any trouble with sending from your Outlook Express to any other addresses. Quote We are all members helping other members.
