updating drivers

Hi, I am trying to instal counterstike source, but my drivers need updating can anyone help, I have windows XP, many thanks, ps I am a pretty new to this.

what driver needs updating..what is the exact messages you are recieving.

I keep getting the message, unsupported video card, video hardware doesnt meet the minimum requirements that we have set for the game, follow the link below and update your video drivers, Im completely baffled I cant even find the link there on about.
