Default permissions on auto-created printers

[Guest ks3]

On one of our terminal servers, the default permissions on auto-created

printers seem off. There is an unknown account in the list. Also, we need to

grant the user full control of their printers (some of them need deleted from

the TS via a logon script). Where can these permissions be changed?
