Guest Paul Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Hi, I have physical server which runs MOSS 2007, Project Server 2007 and SQL Server 2005 I would like to migrate everything to Microsoft Server 2008 Hyper-V machine. Is this possible and is there any documentation regarding to it? Thanks for any info.

I have done this many times with workstation OS installations using Acronis TrueImage Workstation with the Universal Restore addon, to make VirtualPC virtual machines. The server version costs a lot more though, but it works in the same way, although I have no experience with Hyper-V yet. http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATISWin/universal-restore.html ss.
