Have you tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it, access violations normally occur when you try and use a 'patch' also known as a no-cd/no-dvd

Uninstall the game and then reinstall it as an administrator and see if its ok.

I Have uninstall the game and reinstall it... still the same.

I had my puter repaird and formatted a few day ago. I was wondering if I am missing a dll or something like that

If there was a file missing then it would show on the install and not proceed any further.

Did you try and run the .exe as an administrator or just as you 'set as an admin'

Technically you will be (but if you run the install from 'THE' administrator account) you shouldnt get any access violations.

right click on the game .exe and run as administrator (in W7 that is) for Vista right click on the game shortcut icon from either the desktop or program file location its installed and then select advanced properties and there are some options 'run as administrator is a tickbox' tick it and then apply and ok, then relaunch and see if it loads
