Install updates

I'm able to dowload M.S. updates but am not able to install them.

Through Windows Update or manually installing? If via WU, try seeing

if re-registering the WU DLLs fixes it with the info in this KB

Hello Fred,

 

What error message do you get?

Also try out this one, stop automatic update service, delete c:\windows\softwaredistribution

folder and start the service. The folder will be recreated and then try again

via windows update.
