Help An idiot buy a new pc

I have little understanding of what i need to look for or what i am buying when it comes to pc's.

 

My biggest problem i'm having at the moment is the one main game i play Football manager takes up a large amount of memory and has maxed out my 2gb ram.

 

I was just wondering what sort of custom built pc parts i should be looking for and whether the ones i find are suitable or just old tat.

That will more than do the job the specs are pretty impressive

Thats overkill for what you plan on using it for.

 

The CPU and RAM are impressive but it lacks GPU power (which is what you will need in the future)

 

Look for a system with a quad core CPU, 4GB RAM and a better GPU

12GB of RAM wont be used for the next 5 years (unless you plan on editing video and audio)
