RRAS VPN and DNS Issues

Hello,

I have random clients whos DNS will not work over RRAS. To them they

think that the VPN has failed but low and behold you can ping all the

hosts on the serverside. Now sometimes DNS will work, and sometimes it

will not. It seems awfully random.

For some clients I can add the IP's in their etc/hosts file but that

practice does not solve the issue when VPN clients need to connect to

a PC that receives it's IP via DHCP.

Does anyone know what might cause this and how I can make it work?

This is happening to me on multiple clients across multiple companies

but all with a similar RRAS setup. Some use DHCP to receive their IP's

some use RRAS to receive their IP's. The problem seems to happen on

all of them.

Any help is truely appreciated.

By hosts in the first paragraph I ment Host IP's.
