Right, this might seem like an odd one but here i go.

A few weeks ago i started getting weird little electric shocks while at my desk top in my hands/legs etc quite a lot so obviously i changed psu but still the same.

I then get rid of my old CRT as it needed a change anyway but thought it could be to do with that, at taht same time i change to another set of plus sockets also just in case and still the same thing. Only happens at my PC tho....

Could it be a dodgy power cable as i have no others to test with yet?

Hi Zyniker

Assuming that the problem is static Electric, and you have no live cables that are un sheathed coming into contact with and conductible material your problem may be being caused through a number of things.

Nylon, Woollen carpets.

Nylon, Woollen clothes.

Electric Cables next Metal.

To mention but a few, But here is a link to a sight that will give you a lot more information on the subject.
