Looking for a graphics card

I have a Emachine EL1331G-01w (sleek design). NVIDIA 6150SE nForce 430 which is an onboard video card.

 

Needs:

- Can support At least a 1080 res.

- Can work within a low power 220w design (Willing to upgrade power supply, although it is a sleek design, so Iam unsure as where to find it)

- Meets the needs of a part time gamer.

 

-Fits a PCI 2.0 video card port. and will fit within the sleek design.

I doubt its possible, If I were you I would be looking to take the components out and install them into a bigger case, then add an ATX PSU, then upgrade the GPU.

 

As its a slim case if it has a standard size ATX MOBO and backpanel I/O plate then it wont have any issues going into a bigger case
