Black Screen White Cursor

Hey there everyone, i have a acer laptop, it is less than a year old. I turned it on the other day and windows tried to load and it went to a black screen with the white arrow, i guess the screen of death per say. Well i have tried the F8 last known config, safemode, repair your computer, i have also tried the plugging the computer in and taking the battery out and holding the power button down. Nothing has helped me , and it did not come with a OS disk. Can anyone else please help me, my husband is in Iraq and i am pregnant, i have no way of using Skype to talk to him. thanx

Hi amber if you press alt +f10 as the laptop boots this will launch acers e-recovery for you to reset yours system back to factory settings yes you'll loose skype but you can reinstall that
