help can not read e mails in my hotmail account

Help I can log into my hotmail account but I cannot read my e mails, although I could read them on an internet cafe PC:(

What does it say when you try and read one? any errors?

Hi no messages come up the cursor just keeps swirling as if it is trying to process info but nothing happens

Hi Wendy, it sounds a little unusual as all mails are kept on the hotmail server, not your computer.

However to rule out anything on your computer, can you use a different one? if not yours perhaps a friends. Log into Hotmail on that computer using your log in details and see if you can access everything then. If yes, there is something wrong with your hotmail settings, if no, then there is a fault at the hotmail server. In that case I suggest sending them a mail for help.
