Hello guys! I need some help with a problem here.

When i start the PC it takes me to the screen where i can choose;

'Start windows with safemode'

'Start windows normally'

Etc, you know. BUT this is the problem.

Whatever i choose, the PC loads for 2 seconds and then reboots!

It seems to be the same problem that this guy here is having -> YouTube - my pc keeps restarting repetadly, how do i resolve (FIXED)

So i turned off the autoreboot on systemfailure to see the error code and this is what appears;

Bad_Pool_Header

STOP: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xE101ACA8, 0xE101acD8, 0x00180008)

Now ok, im not even sure if this problem is fixable anymore as i have tried so much!

Can i perhaps just delete the entire windows right away without needing to log into the windows itself? And then just reinstall a new windows? Is that possible?

Thanks in advance.

Bad pool header is related to the RAM or the HDD, try and remove one of the sticks, if you still get the error, replace that stick and remove another.

if you do this with all sticks and you get the same thing, then you need to reinstall the OS
