Not showing all printer (Urgent)

I have Windows 2003 SP-2 Std 32bit Terminal Server. It does not show all the

printers installed on user machines when they log in.

 

Is it because of the shared printers which are not installed locally on user

machines. Is there a way to all the printers even if they are network

printers?
