terminal session hangs

I have a user setup to lauch our accounting software upon connecting to our

terminal server.

 

 

 

The settings I am using in the environment tab are correct.

 

 

 

However when exiting the program, the terminal session hangs on a blank

desktop for a minute (time we have set for idle session limit).

 

 

 

The RDP user without any programs setup in the environment tab work fine and

log off their sessions normally.

 

 

 

How do I resolve session hangs
