Simple ( VB/,net) Free Attendance System

My friend who is running a small restaurant is looking for a very basic attendance system.* He is looking for a very simple system with employee clock-in / clockout time recording and on the basis of that simple attendnace report.

 

I could develop the system for him, but was wondering if already any free simple system already exists. Only*complexity may be he has multiple shifts for kitchen staff, waiters*and also*restaurant closes in the afternoon.

 

I have already googled it, but the solutions*dont have shift *or too are advanced.
