Satnamsat Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Whenever I start working on my new Asus laptop, it shuts down automatically saying " A problem is detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. BAD_POOL_HEADER Collecting crash data for dump..." Then it displays "Dumping phisycal memory to disc.." I have never experinced this sort of problem before and not sure how to handle eg it can be fixed by myself or I might need to go for Asus help.... Thank you Quote
