thanks to tom's hardware for proving what I have been saying for ages and that nobody believed with a good amount of benchmarks: on modern PCs better ram speed makes almost no difference.

 

I hope that now people will stop wasting hundred dollars on way too expensive fast ram: more ram, a better CPU and a faster HDD are far more worthy upgrades :s
