W2008 Published apps

I am evaluating W2k8 TS and I have 2 questions:

1. In a W2k8 TS with published applications (no RDP visible) is there a way

to deny users to use RDC (mstsc.exe) to connect to a desktop session but

allow them to use published applications?

2. Are W2008 TS per user licenses unmanaged as it is in W2003?

Thank you

1. No, there's no way to do this.

2. In Win2008, Per User is tracked, but not enforced. See
