Apply SP2 after or before Automatic Updates

I have Win2K3 STD with SP1 with several automatic updates ready to "install".

What is the impact of me applying SP2 prior to isntalling the updates? Or

should I go ahead with installing the "automatic" updates and then apply SP2?

Just install SP2 and then use windowsupdate.
