Guest Matthias Marx Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 Re: Eventprotokoll i had a notebook, with no admin rights i sent serveral net send messages, and there are some private messages. now they are stored in the event protocol - hmm and I don't like it :-) because, some could connect to my event protokoll and read. that is not what I like to know - that some read my messages. that is the pure reason. any help? Guest Pegasus \(MVP\) Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 Re: Eventprotokoll Boot the machine with a Bart PE boot CD, then rename the file. If Windows still works as it should then you can delete the file for good. There is the slight problem of making a such a CD - here is what it takes: - A WinXP Professional CD (but no product key) - The Bart kit (http://www.bootdisk.com) - A CD burner - About three hours of your time.
