How can I reassign Terminal Service CALS in Windows 2003 Server?

Can anyone point me in the direction of documentation that details how

to go about the reassignment of Terminal Server CALS?

A Windows 2003 R2 server has three unused devices and I have been

asked to reassign the licences as they no longer exist. To date all I

have been able to locate is confirmation that I am allowed to do it.

All help greatly appreciated.
