Ballmer says that Vista is a work in progress

 

Yet another severe case of 'foot in mouth', and it doesn't get much better unfortunately.

 

Although many of his comments are a cause for concern (serious concern), Vista being a work in progress wasn't one of them. Dunno about you, but I haven't come across an operating system that WASN'T a work in progress; that's why we have updates.
