manage local policy from server

[Guest jawdoc]

Newbie at this, but I want how do I edit the group policy for a

specific workstation from the server.

I have done so by logging into the machine itself but can I do this

from the server?

Do I create an OU and add the computer to the OU and set policies on

the OU?
